Welcome to Desnudo Magazine! How old are you, where are you from?
I am 37 years old and live in New York City.
What is your heritage/ethnic background?
What is your morning routine?
Coffee wash my face with water and apply my mourning skin care routine which consists of vitamin c hyaluronic acid and a moisturizer & then straight to my morning clients.
What do you usually eat on an average day at work?
My eating is pretty regimented (I like it that way.) breakfast is usually to eggs scrambled into half a cup of rice and a piece of chicken. Lunch is some veggies sweet potatoes and another chicken. A snack is either a protein drink or some fruit. Dinner is usually a New York strip steak, veggies and rice.
I don’t believe in cheat meals. If I want something I eat it in moderation.
Do you have a daily exercise regime?
I have a pretty regimented program for myself. My current goals are improving my strength in my legs, improving my gymnastic skills and gaining more flexibility.
5-6x/week and about 1-1/2-2hours depending on my program.
Who do you look up to the most?
Not one particular person. I like attributes of different people. A few of the people I admire for different reasons (in the fitness/movement space) are Lucas Aaron, Devin Kelly, Layne Norton, ido portal
I see myself doing the same thing I am doing today. I love my work and I find it very fulfilling and I only hope to continue this.
I don’t consider one person my biggest influence. I like certain attributes of each person. I think it’s unhealthy to have one person influence your life. It’s important to take things from different people that you admire and form your own perspective.
The most important lesson I’ve learnt is that there is a difference in what is healthy and what looks healthy. There is no ideal to what health looks like.
